When shopping for the Moscato d’Asti (or any alcohol), be sure you are buying a brand that is verified as vegan. You can check on the Barnivore website by proper name or type of alcohol. Cheers!
GLUTEN FREE OPTION: To make a gluten free version of this drink, just make sure to use “pure coconut extract.”
|Prep Time||2 minutes|
- 1/2 cup orange juice chilled
- 1/4 teaspoon coconut extract for gluten free, use "pure coconut extract"
- 1/2 cup Moscato d'Asti chilled
- Mix orange juice and coconut extract in a glass, add sparkling wine; stir gently. Garnish with citrus wedges and shaved coconut. Serve immediately.
