Homemade Peanut Butter Chips
Tasty and delicious, these peanut butter chips can be made quickly and used as a stand alone snack, top your favorite desserts, or used as an ingredient.

  1. Blend the three ingredients well, then pour into candy molds or butter pat molds, or spread flat onto a wax paper lined pan, quiche dish, or casserole dish. If using a quiche dish or casserole dish, leave enough wax paper up one side of the dish for easy removal after freezing.
  2. Freeze until solid, 20 to 30 minutes. Remove from the molds, or if you made a solid sheet, remove onto a non-porous surface and quickly cut into small pieces or break into chunks.
  3. Store in an airtight container in your freezer until ready to use.
