Try these Two Yummy Homemade Vegan Pizzas using these delicious topping combinations and my Delicious & Easy Pizza Dough recipe. You can also use your own favorite pizza dough. I add thyme, rosemary, and crushed red pepper on top of the sauce before adding the big toppings. They add that little bit of strong herb & spice flavor you want in a homemade pizza.

Instructions
For Mushroom Carmelized Onion Pizza
- Preheat oven to 400 F if using Delicious & Easy Pizza Dough recipe (link in paragraph above), or as instructed on your prepared pizza crust packaging.
- In a skillet, add grapeseed oil, add red onion, mushrooms, balsamic vinegar and sugar. Cook 2-3 minutes to coat and soften the toppings, then remove from heat.
- In the meantime, spread your favorite pizza sauce onto the uncooked rolled out pizza dough or crust. Sprinkle with thyme, rosemary and crushed red pepper. A little bit of thyme or rosemary around the edges of the crust gives the pizza a nice artisan touch and adds flavor.
- Top the pizza dough and sauce with the cooked mushrooms and onions, spreading evenly. Bake for 20 - 30 minutes or until the crust edges are lightly browned.
