Two Yummy Homemade Vegan Pizzas

Try these Two Yummy Homemade Vegan Pizzas using these delicious topping combinations and my Delicious & Easy Pizza Dough recipe. You can also use your own favorite pizza dough. Instructions
For Mushroom Carmelized Onion Pizza
  1. Preheat oven to 400 F if using Delicious & Easy Pizza Dough recipe (link in paragraph above), or as instructed on your prepared pizza crust packaging.
  2. In a skillet, add grapeseed oil, add red onion, mushrooms, balsamic vinegar and sugar. Cook 2-3 minutes to coat and soften the toppings, then remove from heat.
  3. In the meantime, spread your favorite pizza sauce onto the uncooked rolled out pizza dough or crust. Sprinkle with thyme, rosemary and crushed red pepper. A little bit of thyme or rosemary around the edges of the crust gives the pizza a nice artisan touch and adds flavor.
