Homemade Greek Seasoning
So easy to make with herbs and spices on hand, and less expensive than store bought!

  1. Mix all of the herbs and spices together in a small bowl.
  2. If desired, place them into a coffee grinder or food processor and blend or pulse only a few times to make the mixture finer, but not into a powder.
  3. Store in an airtight container for 1 to 2 years. Greek seasoning is delicious used on roasted or cooked vegetables and in salad dressings or dips, like hummus.
