I found this Maryland Old Bay Vegan Pasta Salad recipe on Go Eat and Repeat: an old favorite jazzed up and made into a Maryland regional dish with the addition of Old Bay Seasoning. I have eliminated additional olive oil from the recipe, since the vegan Italian dressing has plenty of oil already! This would be a delightful addition to any picnic or cookout; it’s sure to be popular.

Maryland Old Bay Vegan Pasta Salad
This pasta salad is fresh and delicious. The addition of Old Bay Seasoning gives it a nice, unexpected punch of flavor.
Instructions
Boil noodles according to package. While the noodles are cooking, whisk the italian dressing and Old Bay Seasoning in a small bowl until blended.
Once pasta is cooked and drained, place it in a large mixing bowl or serving bowl. Drizzle with the prepared dressing and toss to coat. Add broccoli, tomatoes, and red onion; combine.
Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, about 30 minutes.
