Since I use organic herbs and spices, it’s not always possible to find things with the quality of homemade taco seasoning and other herb mixes. So, I started making them at home. There is a recipe for everything online, and I haven’t met a spice mix I couldn’t find yet. Some of these mixes have been in the recipes I’ve posted on here, so I thought I might as well share those, too! I think it’ll be kind of nice to have a collection on the blog of simple things like homemade spice mixes, sugar glazes, salad dressings, and condiments. This is the first of many basic, helpful spice mix recipes to keep on hand.
