Ginger pomegranate punch is refreshing, spicy and a good drink for sipping on the porch. Add this delicious drink to a brunch with the girls or as a cocktail before dinner. This is a very versatile drink and contains antioxidants for guilt free drinking!
I love this drink to keep on hand for Valentine’s week. You can make it at a moment’s notice when friends stop by. And it’s pretty, too!
The original recipe from Drink Bai contains vodka, but I just wasn’t in the mood. I’ve eliminated the vodka and, honestly, it’s great without it! This is a beautiful Valentine’s Day drink, too. Serve it alongside Fresh Strawberry Syrup on your favorite vegan pancakes (in bed, of course!) or have a sip while you savor my Chocolate Almond Walnut Clusters.

- 2 18-ounce bottles Bai Ipanema Pomegranate Antioxidant Infusion
- 2 cups ginger beer
- 2 cups fresh grapefruit juice
- ice
- sprig of rosemary for garnish
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds for garnish

- Stir together Bai Pomegranate drink, ginger beer, and grapefruit juice in a pitcher.
- Pour over ice in individual glasses.
- Garnish each glass with a rosemary sprig and pomegranate seeds. Seeds will sink to the bottom of the glass, or you can float them on top of the ice.
